RetailTrack Mystery Shopping Division

Scheduler/Project Coordinator (Full-time, bilingual - Ottawa/Kanata)

If you are incredibly friendly, awesome on the telephone, have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, we'd love to hear from you!

RetailTrack is looking for an individual who is fluent in both French and English to work in our Kanata office.  You will be liaising with our mystery shoppers throughout the U.S. and Canada, and ensuring that our clients' mystery shopping programs have the best quality in the industry.

You will be proofreading (in French and English), meeting some pretty tough deadlines, and often will have to eat chocolate cake...
